Drinking and smoking can also cause twisted nerve as well as diabetes, carpal syndrome and signs of storke in elder people. You must maintain a healthy lifestyle if you want to avoid this. You must eat a balanced meal with healthy vegetables, fruits, and fish. You should drink vitamins and supplements each day and exercise a lot.
