If you are called for an interview, you should learn how to improvise your answer according to the industry that you’re applying to. The possible questions during the call center interview in a BPO industry are different from other industries.
The interviewer will look for someone who has expertise in customer support, multi-tasking, stress management, logical thinking, verbal communication, and good listening skills.

Giving you ideas about the questions that you may encounter during the interview gives you the opportunity to create answers tailored to the questions. It is not recommended to memorize whatever you have read. The key is to be natural and honest in answering the questions.

Smiling is also important during an interview. It will make you feel relaxed and at ease. Talk clearly and slowly and avoid mumbling so that the interviewer will understand what you’re saying.
