If you are already a PhilHealth member, you can take comfort with the fact that registering for an online account can be extremely easy. In fact, you may only need 3 minutes or less to do it.
With an online account, you get quick access to helpful tools such as viewing your Premium Contributions or Payment History. You may also see your Member Data Record (MDR) which means you can easily print it out should you need a copy of the document. You won’t need to visit your nearby PhilHealth office anymore in case you or a loved one gets hospitalized.
Here’s how you do it:
Step #1: Visit PhilHealth’s official website.
Your first step, of course, is to go online and direct your browser to www.philhealth.gov.ph. Look for the member inquiry box on the right side of the screen and then click the “Register” link.
Step #2: Fill out the online registration form.
You will then be led to the online registration form where you will be asked to enter as your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) along with other pertinent details. Take note that the red asterisks in the Registration Form are all required.
Step #3: Click the activation link.
You need a working email address to successfully complete your registration. A confirmation message and an Activation Link will be sent to your inbox. You will need to click that to activate your account.
Once you’ve set up your online account, you may also change your password if you want.
