Registered nurses looking for employment opportunities abroad, pay attention: Kuwait has just announced that they need 250 Filipino nurses and other medical workers in their country.
In a recent TV Patrol interview, Dr. Shadya Hakeem, Consultant of Kuwait Private Hospitals and Clinics, have said that their country is in need of nurses. “We are going back to the Philippines to hire nurses,” Dr. Hakeen said. “There is still a big demand for nurses with the expansion in all hospitals, whether governmental or private. So we need more nurses, especially Filipinos. They are good. They are hard workers.”
Dr. Hakeem added that the Kuwait Ministry of Health will visit the Philippines to conduct a 3-day free licensure exam for nurses which will start on October 18, 2015.
Requirements for Nurses for Jobs in Kuwait
Interested nurses should apply for the job if they meet the following requirements:
- Registered nurse
- Female
- Ages 23 to 40 years old
- With 3 years hospital working experience

Aside from the 250 female nurses, Kuwait is also in need of:
- 10 female dental hygienists
- 10 male/female dental laboratory staff
- 10 male/female laboratory technician
- 10 male/female x-ray technician
- 10 male/female physical therapists
