We don’t know yet what really happened but only a woman asking for help with a unconscious man beside her and the people around them are only keep on staring to them. The video was posted by Brandon Gumanad in his Facebook account and according to him this was happened in Maharlika Taguig.
Question leave : Are really Filipino’s are like this nowadays? Just staring to someone who needs help.
